SHIPPING & HANDLING
We will select a suitable shipping method depending upon the size and destination of your order.
CREDIT CARD
All Casawares.com online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology by PROTX to protect all of our customers. PROTX encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected whilst online. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Credit card transactions are performed by Protx who are a secure e-commerce provider. Protx will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept on the Casawares.com website.
DISPATCH
We do aim for dispatch within 48hrs via Parcelforce on a 48hr service.(working days)
But please allow up to 7-10 days for some items to be delivered, as they may come directly from our suppliers. Additionally, please note that payment for an item will be taken once ordered, and not when it leaves the suppliers.
GUARANTEE
All our carefully selected products are guaranteed for at least one year. If any product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us in resaleable condition (unused and in original packaging) within 28 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Packaging of products may differ from images.
RETURNING GOODS
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We regret that the cost of return postage is not refundable. If any product does not meet your expectations, please contact us to return the item as soon as possible, unused and in resaleable condition and in its original packaging within 28 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights. POST & PACKAGING
Your order will normally be dispatched speedily by our courier service within 24hours, depending upon availability. Please allow 7-10 days as some items may come direct from the manufacturer. Our post cost £4.95 per order. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands there is a delivery charge of £6.95. You should allow up to seven-ten working days for delivery.
PRICES
Prices are in UK Pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%. Orders delivered within the European Union will be inclusive of VAT. Orders delivered outside the European Union will not include VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices in case of a VAT rate change or international price change.

All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
