Will my credit card details be secure with casawares.com?
All Casawares.com online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology by PROTX to protect all of our customers. PROTX encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected whilst online. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card transactions are performed by Protx who are a secure e-commerce provider. Protx will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept on the Casawares.com website.
Which methods of payment will you casawares.com accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo.
We will also accept cheques and postal orders by post only. Please enclose your order with Cheques made payable to Casawares. Please put your name and address on the back. You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear. All payments must be in pounds sterling. All overseas orders must be paid by credit card.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
When you have successfully placed your order you will be sent an email confirmation that will include your order details.
I cannot see the product I want on Casawares.com website?
Please contact us by email on link enquires@casawares.com . We will try our very best to source your desired item via our vast network of suppliers
Direct dispatch items
Most items are dispatched within 24hrs on a 48hr delivery Please allow up to 5-7 days for some item’s to be delivered, as it comes directly from our suppliers. Additionally, please note that payment for this item will be taken once ordered, and not when it leaves the suppliers.
How long are casawares products guaranteed for?
All our carefully selected products are guaranteed for at least one year. If any product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us in resaleable condition (unused and in original packaging) within 28 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returning Goods
Returned items remain the customers responsibility until safely received by us. We regret that the cost of return postage is not refundable.
How do I return or exchange products
If any product does not meet your expectations, please contact us to return the item as soon as possible, unused and in resaleable condition and in its original packaging within 28 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Sorry but we are unable to refund post, item insurance & packaging on returned items.
Post & Packaging.
Your order will be despatched speedily by our courier service within 24hours .Please allow 7-10 days as some items may come direct from the manufacturer. Our post costs £4.95 per order in the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands there is a delivery charge of £6.95. You should allow up to seven-ten working days for delivery.
Prices
Prices are in UK Pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%. Orders delivered within the European Union will be inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to alter prices in case of a VAT rate change or international price change.

How do I dispose of my used electrical goods?
WEEE Regulations: The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Regulations are now U.K. law. All European member States including the U.K. have agreed to reduce the amount of WEEE that is being disposed of in landfill sites. It is important that the amount of WEEE sent to landfill sites is reduced because:
- Some WEEE can be re-used or recycled. The amount of landfill space available in the UK is decreasing. If we can keep WEEE out of landfill sites it means there is more landfill space available for non-recyclable waste.
- WEEE can contain hazardous substances. When left in landfill sites the hazardous substances in WEEE can pollute soil and contaminate water supplies. This contamination can damage human health and the environment.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (or EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. Armorica have “done our bit” by helping to fund the improvement of the UK’s recycling network. This means that you can not return your WEEE to us for disposal. You can however return your WEEE to a local Civic Amenity site for free.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
