This French Staub Grill Plate designed by Francis Staub is made from Cast Iron which retains the heat and spreads it evenly throughout and has a smooth ceramic underside so it can be used on any hob, or stove top and in an oven. The interior of the French Grill Plate is coated with black matte enamel, and so, the oil you use when cooking, penetrates the pores in the enamel, creating a natural smooth non-stick surface. This is exceptionally practical as you won’t have to season it, and it is highly durable, resistant to chipping, and won’t rust or discolour. It has two cast iron handles, one at either side of the Grill Plate, and the dimensions for the Grill Plate are 45cm x 27cm. Many celebrity chefs recommend the cookware designed by Francis Staub including Alian Ducasse, Jean Joho and Paul Bocuse.
