Traditional triple riveted full tang handle makes the Henckels Professional “S” Range the perfect knives for those who like a classic feel and look. A large range of knives to suit the hobby chef or professional chef.

Henckels Professional “S” Knives are made using a unique process to J A Henckels called Sintemital Component Technology (SCT), this allows different grades of steel to be combined together to form a single integral piece of steel, thus the blade, the bolster and the tang all have steel with the best characteristics for the job at hand. SCT permits for great degrees of quality throughout the production process.

Henckels also use and ice hardening process called Friodur, this is unique to Henckels and involves freezing the steel used to create each knife to -70c degrees. The results of this are exceptional hardness and high resistance to corroding.

Knife Tips

For best results run your Henckels Professional “S” knife though a knife sharpener or along a steel before each use, this will maintain the knife’s sharp edge.

Keep your Henckels Professional “S” knives in a block or on a magnetic strip, do not place in a draw loose with other knives and gadgets.
