The Serfin Ozani Pans can be used on almost any heat surface including Electric, Oven, Gas, Ceramic Hobs, Solid hot plate and Induction Hobs. All the Grande Hotel Saucepans feature a unique stay cool handle. All items are sold without lids, each sold separately.
