This new range combines the best of french artisanal craftsmanship with high tech materials and processes. The result is traditional French cookware that is far lighter than traditonal cast iron. Whats more, Emile Henry Flame may be used direct from Frezer to Oven, and may be used directly on gas hobs. As they do not contain metal, they may even be used in microwaves.
