Wusthof Classic Knives are made of high quality part carbon, part stainless steel. A fully forged knife made from one solid piece of steel. The knife is tempered to the optimum of 56 degrees Rockwell. The bolster in the knife is all integrated for heft and balance; this gives effortless cutting results and a full tang shown giving full balance.
Fully visible full tang handle with a triple riveted design. Made from high impact poly handle these knives are ideal for a keen cook or a professional chef.
Cleaning and Sharpening Tips
We recommend that after each use, Wusthof Classic should be wiped clean in warm soapy water and then dried immediately. Never put a Wusthof Knife in the dishwasher.
