The blade on a Chroma Porsche Type 301 knife is made of high quality 18/10 Japanese Stainless Steel. All Chroma Porsche Knives are carefully sharpened by hand of the master and the blade is shaped in the traditional Japanese V Shape that makes the knives unbelievably sharp.
