La Pavoni were one of the first manufacturers of espresso machines in Italy, home of great espresso coffee. La Pavoni was founded by Desiderio Pavoni. At the start, La Pvoni made commercial steam espresso machines, it was later in the company’s history, in the 1960’s, that they started making domestic espresso machines.
