The Springform Pan comes with a standard flat base for baking cakes such as Gateaux’s, Cheese Cakes or Sponges.

The Springform Pan is also equipped with a funnel base which allowing you to bake a traditional Bundt cake or Angel fruit cake. As the funnel in the centre of the Springform Pan heats this in turn heats the centre of your cake mixture which allows the centre of the cake to rise higher by clinging to all sides of the pan as well as the centre.
The Pan also has a Springform clip which allows you to simply unclip the outside of the pan and simply slide off the Springform Pan from around your cake and allow it to rest on the base while cooling.

The Springform Pan and Funnel measures approximately 25cm
